We always aim to give you and your doggo a personalized feeding guide. Our serving recommendations are based on AAFCO's suggested feeding standards for a complete and balanced diet of two meals per day.

How do I know how much to feed my dog?

Yes!  We would love for your pooch to order a sample; a taste test if you will. Yummy

The dry options are available here as a sampler pack. 

Sadly, raw samples are not possible at this time but we are quietly confident your pooch will go mad for our patties so fear not! Explore our range here 

Please be aware that though the samples are complimentary, there will be a small postage fee applied at checkout ($9.90). Should you go ahead and order 8kg or greater next time, the shipping fee for samples, can be applied as a credit.

Can I order a sample?

It's super simple. Login to your dashboard, and spot the plan on your home screen. From there you simply press delay order. 

You will have 4 options at that point:
Delay by 1,2 or 3 months or indefinitely.

How do I pause my plan or skip next delivery?

Login to your dashboard

Manage plan, and edit. 

Scroll down until you find Essentials under (Your total order summary)

Select the desired product and click Add to Order. 

You will be able to confirm your item is has been added, one time, by navigating to home. 
Click the down arrow next to added extras. 
Boom! FANG will ship with your next order.

How do I add FANG dental sticks to my next order?

The short answer, for metro deliveries of our dry range, is 1-3 days. Allow an extra day or so if you are in a regional area.

Raw orders are a little different again. They get booked in with a cold courier so can take up to a week, depending on your address.  Some arrive much faster!

How long does delivery take?

For the most part delivery is FREE if you live in an area Australia Post considers metro! Then, depending on where you are, and what you ordered, it's a sliding scale from $5. To find out what you will pay for delivery, without having to go through to checkout, see here
