Will I be updated about when my order is getting delivered?Updated 7 months ago

Yes! We aim to keep you in the loop as much as we can and are only limited by the shipping partners providing updates, in real  time. 

When your order is processed, you will be notified via email and you'll receive another email when your order has been sent out and is on its way to you!

If you are a raw customer, you will receive an email with delivery date confirmation. This will be followed up with an SMS the night before delivery, which includes a more specific delivery window for the next day. Raw orders will be left at your home so endeavour to be close by to pop them straight in the freezer. 

For dry orders, and in the event our delivery partner cannot deliver to your home, you will receive a text message to let you know that the parcel has been redirected to your local post office.
