Delivery costs will vary based on factors such as what's in your cart, total weight, and delivery postcode.

We use Australia Post to ship our dry products, and are at the mercy of their rates - which are postcode based. 

That said, shipping is free to most places in Australia. 

When it's not free, it is subsidised. That is to say, we never pass on the full cost of shipping to those in regional or remote areas. 

We use a refrigerated courier for our frozen orders. Please note we are only able to deliver raw food to certain remote locations. 

Larger orders, for the likes of our breeders,  are typically shipped via TOLL. 

All orders are tracked. 

Shipping partners can change over time, but no matter what, we believe in offering the quickest, safest, and most affordable delivery Australia-wide.
