How do I use a discount code?Updated 7 months ago

If you have a code, follow the steps below to apply it to your order

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. When you reach the Payment Options page, enter your code in the discount code box and press apply. 
3. Be sure that an email address is entered at this stage as that is the unique identifier
4. Your Order Summary on the top right of the page should now reflect your savings amount. Click Continue to proceed with your purchase.

Not working? Try these tips for troubleshooting: 

• Codes are case sensitive and most discount codes are in ALL CAPS.
• Codes should not have spaces before or after them.
• An email address is needed

For further details, please be sure to read the terms and conditions of the promotion itself. Be sure that your order meets those requirements or else the code will not work. 

Sadly, we cannot honour codes beyond their expiration date. Boxing day sale codes cannot be used in May 😂
