Dry and raw orders impacted. 

Kibble customers will notice longer delays.

Raw orders should see deliveries resuming as early as tomorrow, Tuesday 11th March. 

First and foremost our team are safe. Our warehouse is also dry, and our product ready to be dispatched. 

We were fortunate. Others not so much. 

We understand, and sympathise with those who have endured over the past few days. First it was the cyclone, then the heavy, intense rainfall and flooding. 

In terms of our ability to ship orders to our customers, new and old, we are unable owing to some of our partners and their suspended services or closures. This is temporary. 

Australia Post expects to resume operations later this week. 

Our QLD based warehouse hopes to come back online on Wednesday. 

Fulfilling orders and getting them into the network remains our top priority. 

Regrettably, you should expect delays. 

If you are in dire need, please email [email protected] and we will try to find an alternative. 

You are not alone in this. We have team, including our General Manager Kayla, based in Brisbane and we understand the seriousness of the situation. The Petzyo pack is working with its partners to get orders to customers as quickly as possible, but the situation is still unfolding.

QUEENSLAND & NORTHERN NSW CUSTOMERS 

We are aware of the impending tropical cyclone which may affect QLD & Northern NSW customers and your upcoming order. Some delays are likely across the network as a result of fulfillment, and delivery network congestion, outages, and storm conditions. 

We are across the advice for your region, planning the worst, and hoping for the best. 

Ensuring the safety of our partners and team in the affected area is our priority as is ensuring your pooch isn't without Petzyo. 

There is no need for panic. We are well stocked and will ensure your orders are fulfilled, and dispatched in a timely manner, as conditions allow. 

To ensure you don’t run out over the coming days, and beyond, we suggest bringing your order forward so it’s in the network and en route sooner rather than later.
